Our Mission
Our industry has seen tremendous change over the past decade. Traditional lines of distribution have been blurred as granite suppliers, facing mounting competion from imports, seek to sell their products directly through funeral homes and cemeteries. As a result, the small monument retailer finds himself facing more and more competition and downward pressure on retail prices.
If that weren't enough, ever increasing costs for abrasive and stencil, coupled with growing costs from maintaining aging equipment, are forcing more and more small retailers to get out of the sandblasting side of business.
While many granite suppliers offer sandblasting services, ordering a carved and lettered memorial is no easy task. Communication can be a real problem. The result can be a less than satisfactory finished memorial leading to customer dissatisfaction and loss of good will.
We have created a network to make the job of designing, ordering, and producing carved and lettered memorials not only much easier for both the retailer and supplier, but also virtually mistake proof.
We do not wish to compete with either the retailer or the supplier. What we want is to become the interface or connection between them. In actuality we are the facilitator.
Our goal is to help the retailer increase his annual sales both in the number of orders and the selling price of each. In doing this the supplier's volume will correspondingly increase.
